The app lets players win prizes by controlling arcade claw machines through their mobile phones. And the prizes you can win are pretty similar to what you'd find at a regular arcade; think stuffed animals, plushies, keychains, cheap jewelry, and toys.<\/p>\n<p>When you successfully pull a prize with the Clawee machine, you can then pay to have the prize shipped to you. That, in a nutshell, is what Clawee is all about.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Is Clawee Legit?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Clawee is legit and lets you win prizes and deliver them straight to your door. The app also has over 5 million downloads and a 4.4 average star rating. However, I don't suggest Clawee as a side hustle since it's very expensive to buy coins and ship products to your home, and the prizes aren't worth it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-28154 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Is-Clawee-app-legit.jpg\" alt=\"Is Clawee app legit?\" width=\"550\" height=\"278\"><\/p>\n<p>Most of the prizes look like they're cheap products that aren't even worth the shipping cost. This is what normal arcades do as well, but do you really want to pay $5 to ship a plushie to your house that you could just buy at the dollar store?<\/p>\n<p>I think Clawee's concept of live streaming real claw machines is cool. But I don't like how expensive coins are or the fact that you have to spend so much money to win anything.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, it's really hard to make any money with this app. You can theoretically <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/surveys-for-gift-cards\/\">earn free gift cards<\/a> or prizes with the bonus tickets you earn from playing, but it would take so many games to get enough tickets. So, this isn't a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/side-hustle-list\/\">side hustle<\/a> game at all.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How Does Clawee Work?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>I tested out Clawee to see how easy it is to use and if you can earn prizes. You sign up for Clawee with your Gmail or Facebook account. Once you sign up, you get 200 free coins and get to pick a beginner prize you can try and win.<\/p>\n<p>I picked a stuffed Pokemon toy, and the app took me to the Claw arcade game where a bunch of the stuffed Pokemon toys were waiting to be plucked.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-17005 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/295434677_1231177747718319_5226119633363249315_n.jpg\" alt=\"Clawee game\" width=\"295\" height=\"639\"><\/strong>I missed the toy on my first try, and to my surprise, Clawee just refunded my 200 free coins and then let me play until I won. On my fourth try, I finally snagged a Pokemon plushie and won the game. Clawee then asked me if I wanted to &#8220;claim my prize.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>After selecting yes and entering my address, <strong>I found out that I had to pay about $8 in shipping costs to get the prize to my house<\/strong>. This is the first step in how Clawee makes money.<\/p>\n<p>See, once you win something, you need to pay to have it delivered. You also have to pay for additional Clawee coins if you want to keep playing the arcade games and to win better prizes.<\/p>\n<p>And Clawee coins can get pretty expensive. <strong>The better toys require 400 or more coins to play&nbsp;<em>per game<\/em>, and Clawee coin packages cost between $5.49 to $139.99 depending on how many coins you buy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-17007 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/295799746_1076819836259455_1374347356837487656_n.jpg\" alt=\"Clawee-coins\" width=\"300\" height=\"649\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The whole thing is basically a&nbsp;<em>way&nbsp;<\/em>more expensive claw arcade game because you have to pay for shipping. Granted, you&nbsp;<em>can&nbsp;<\/em>pay for Clawee Club membership to unlock free shipping, but this costs around $7.50 per month<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-17006 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/294566398_600587208305623_8099717655418279066_n.jpg\" alt=\"Clawee Membership\" width=\"269\" height=\"582\"><\/p>\n<p>You also win tickets the more you play, and you can redeem these tickets for some free prizes or even random gift cards, but you need&nbsp;<em>so&nbsp;<\/em>many tickets to redeem anything.<\/p>\n<p>In short, you have to pay to play with Clawee, and if you win something, you're paying for shipping as well.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>What Prizes Are Available?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Like a regular arcade game, Clawee lets you pay coins to win prizes like:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Animal plushies<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/free-electronics\/\">Free electronics<\/a> and gadgets<\/li>\n<li>Keychains<\/li>\n<li>Home goods<\/li>\n<li>Electronic gift cards (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/free-uber-eats-gift-card\/\">Uber Eats<\/a> is the only one available for me right now)<\/li>\n<li>Figurines<\/li>\n<li>School supplies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-17004 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/295374318_1209704429864791_5433896173377566124_n.jpg\" alt=\"Clawee Prizes\" width=\"284\" height=\"615\"><\/strong>Pretty much all of these prizes look like cheap products from AliExpress or similar wholesale sites. However, Clawee shipping costs vary depending on where you live and the weight and type of prize you redeem. Alternatively, you can pay for a Clawee Club membership for $7.50 per month to get free shipping.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Is Clawee A Scam?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Clawee isn't a scam, and if you win prizes and pay for shipping, you should get your prize delivered to your door. However, shipping times can be very long, and some users report that they never received their package. Additionally, Clawee coins are very expensive, and I don't think the app is worth using<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>There are tons of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/apps-that-pay-you-real-money-instantly\/\">real money apps<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/legit-cash-games\/\">legit cash games<\/a> out there. So, spend time with these alternatives and don't waste money on Clawee.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Other Clawee Reviews<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>I tested out Clawee and decided that the app isn't worth using since the prizes are bad and shipping is expensive. It's a legit app, but a waste of time and money in my opinion.<\/p>\n<p>But one of the best ways to tell if Clawee is legit or not is to see what others users are saying about the app. Reddit is an excellent resource for this. And in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/Toreba\/comments\/aj8xdr\/is_clawee_a_scam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">this thread<\/a>, some other Clawee users chat about if the app is a scam or not.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here's what some of them said<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>User DaMooseWasLoose says<\/strong>: &#8220;I\u2019ve won 6 prizes and only received two. I deleted the app last week when I noticed their daily bonus (which was never big enough to get a play on anything decent) now requires you to make a purchase each week.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><strong>User laverinth says<\/strong>: &#8220;Clawee is legit but their customer service sucks, their prizes are cheap, and your daily coin bonuses only last a week before you have to pay up again. Overall it might be cheaper than Toreba but you get what you pay for. I won two prizes in one grab one time and it only recorded one, then another time it didn't record the win at all. I put in tickets but still haven't heard back on them. I wouldn't waste time with them.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><strong>User stichmidda2 says<\/strong>: &#8220;Clawee is sketchy.
