And overall, it's a pretty simple <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/apps-that-pay-you-real-money-instantly\/\">money-making app<\/a> and a nice <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/passive-side-hustles\/\">passive income side hustle<\/a> anyone can try out.<\/p>\n<p>Just note that&nbsp;S'more is only available in the United States and for Android phones so please keep this in mind! You must also be 13 years or older to use S'more.<\/p>\n<p>This simple system makes the S'more app an incredibly low-effort way to earn passive income just for unlocking your phone every day.<\/p>\n<p>There are some nuances and tips for using this app we're going to get into for this S'more app review, but that's the basic concept right there.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How Does The S'mores App Work?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>I downloaded S'more and used it for a few months to try it out for this review. Overall, the app is&nbsp;<em>super&nbsp;<\/em>simple to start using.<\/p>\n<p>When you install the S'more app, there are a few immediate ways to start making money. Unlock Your Phone<\/h3>\n<p>The main way to make money with the S'mores app is by unlocking your phone at least once a day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This pays $0.10, or 10 points, and you don't actually have to engage with the ads on your screen or do any work<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6323\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6323\" style=\"width: 297px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6323\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Screenshot_20200502-145434.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"297\" height=\"529\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6323\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">A steady stream of $0.10 per day&#8230;it's beautiful!!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>It truly is that simple. I run S'more on a spare phone with a bunch of other passive income apps like Embee Meter and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/mobilexpression-review\/\">MobileXpression<\/a>, and it's a nice part of my little passive income setup.<\/p>\n<p>On my really old Android devices, I've found that the S'mores lockscreen can be a bit laggy or cause some delays, but it's not very noticeable.<\/p>\n<p>And again, you only have to unlock your phone once to earn rewards, and you don't have to interact with any of the ads.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Answer Surveys<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Another way to make money with the S'mores app is to answer in-app surveys.<\/p>\n<p>S'mores pushes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/surveys-that-pay-cash-instantly\/\">paid surveys<\/a> your way fairly frequently, and surveys often pay $0.10 to $1 extra for your time.<\/p>\n<p>However, it can take several minutes to 10 minutes or more to complete a survey, and in my opinion, it's not really worth the effort.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to answer surveys for money, sites like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/go\/survey-junkie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Survey Junkie<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/sites-like-prolific\/\">websites like Prolific<\/a> pay more and are better options than the S'mores app.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Watch Videos & Ads<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Another passive earning option for S'mores is to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/watch-ads-for-money\/\">watch videos and ads<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In the &#8220;Video&#8221; section of the S'mores app, you can start watching videos on your phone. S'more pays 1 point for every 2 short videos\/ads you view<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6325 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Screenshot_20200502-145503.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"299\" height=\"530\"><\/p>\n<p>This works out to $0.01 for every two videos and ads you view, so this is a&nbsp;<em>very&nbsp;<\/em>slow way to earn money. But, if you're close to cashing out, you can turn this video feature on to score some easy money.<\/p>\n<p>I think reward websites like <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/go\/Swagbucks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Swagbucks<\/a><\/strong> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/go\/Grindabuck-review\/\">Grindabuck<\/a> have better video rewards. Complete Offers<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A new S'mores feature is the option to download certain apps or to shop and complete cash-back offers to earn extra cash with S'mores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you've used shopping portals on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/best-gpt-sites\/\">gpt websites<\/a> like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/go\/Swagbucks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Swagbucks<\/a> before or shop online with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/rakuten-review\/\">Rakuten<\/a>, this will feel very familiar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-19125 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Swagbucks-sign-up.jpg\" alt=\"Swagbucks sign up\" width=\"600\" height=\"300\"><\/p>\n<p>Honestly, this section still needs some work, and you won't find a ton of offers to complete. Refer Friends<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>One final way to earn is to use S'mores referral program.<\/p>\n<p>You get 25 points for every person who signs up for S'mores with your referral code. Granted, this isn't much extra cash, but if you want an easy $0.25, send your referral code to some friends so you can all try out the app!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Is S'more Legit?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Yes, S'more is a legit app and pays users for unlocking their phones and completing surveys. There is plenty of payment proof online, and it's a very popular app in the Reddit beermoney community<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>You won't make a fortune with this app, or any rewards app for that matter.<\/p>\n<p>But, as long as you live in the U.S. and unlock your phone, S'more is legit and the app will pay you. And when I tested out the app, it paid me every day and on time.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How Much Does The S'more App Pay?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If you do the absolute bare minimum, running S'more on your phone will earn $36.50 per year assuming you unlock your device each day (realistically, we all do this).<\/p>\n<p>If you add some basic profile information, refer a few users, and run videos in passive mode, it's definitely possible to reach <strong>at least $50 per year<\/strong> with this app.<\/p>\n<p>If you tack on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/mobile-performance-meter\/\">Embee Meter<\/a>, which is another easy $36.50 per year, and MobileXpression, which can put up around $50 when working properly, it's not a bad setup for an old Android burner phone you might have laying around.<\/p>\n<p>I don't like using apps like S'more on my main phone since the idea of sharing my location 24\/7 is a bit against my slight tinfoil hat nature, but you don't necessarily need a burner phone for this.<\/p>\n<p>Plus, S'more also makes it a bit more bearable if you use this app on your main phone.<\/p>\n<p>You can actually add up to five of your favorite apps to your lockscreen, letting you quickly access things like your messaging app or Gmail.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>S'mores Reward Options & Cashing Out<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A lot of passive income apps or reward apps have ridiculously high thresholds.<\/p>\n<p>As I discovered in my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmonkey.com\/are-online-surveys-worth-it\/\">paid survey disaster<\/a>, plenty of websites have cashout thresholds of $20 or even $30&#8230;good luck ever seeing your money.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=H6cCosbcHpI<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/smoreapp.helpscoutdocs.com\/article\/10-when-can-i-start-redeeming-points\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">According to S'more<\/a>, you need to have S'more installed for at least 10 days&nbsp;and earn at least&nbsp;150 points&nbsp;to cash out the first time.
